During the talk James asked everyone to take out their phones and take a picture of him in front of the room. He then asked everyone to wipe their lens and take another picture of him and compare the photos. Everyone noticed the comparison in quality of both photos drastically improved after wiping the lens. Since then people who attended the talk would constantly remind each other to wipe their lens. Boom! A brand was born.
